As the founder and CEO, I created this company to help people unlock their fullest potential—both personally and professionally—and pursue their boldest dreams.
With over a decade of experience as a recruiter and international consultant across federal, corporate, higher education, and nonprofit sectors, I bring an insider’s perspective that equips my clients with the most effective strategies, tools, and resources available.
My career began as an associate recruiter and career advisor for the International Development Program at Johns Hopkins University’s SAIS. Since then, I have led recruiting, coaching, and mentorship efforts worldwide. I was recruited to lead the Women Impact Tech initiative in Austin, TX, connecting thousands of women executives, software developers, and tech professionals with companies committed to diversity and inclusion.
I hold a Master’s Degree in International Economics and International Relations from Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies, as well as dual Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
With a strong passion for high performance, sustainable development, and youth leadership, I have lived and worked across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
